Coach Tyndall has been developing athletes all over the world at a competitive level for almost 20 years. She has been involved in the training of elite level in the Big 10, PAC 12, and SEC Conferences, as well as the Australian Institute of Sport, as well as at the youth sport level in a variety of sports and activities.  The teams and athletes she has coached have achieved amazing levels of success: higher levels of performance, improved rankings, individual and team championships, increased confidence and more enjoyment of their sport

Coach Tyndall enjoys being part of the athletic development process and improvements in performance at every stage in an athletic career from youth sports, to high school, and to adult fitness enthusiasts alike; she is driven to make better athletes no matter what age, ability, or skill level.

Earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise & Movement Science from the University of Oregon and a Master’s Degree in Physical Education from Arizona State University while also being a Credential Physical Education Teacher.  Constantly striving to improve herself as a coach, she has earned a variety of certifications,  attends conferences and clinics annually, and is constantly learning to ensure the delivery of the most effective training programs.

Gabrielle Craddock is a proud Marine veteran having served three deployments and multiple military assignments.  During her service she earned special honors for her superior strength and fitness levels; as a result of her “lead from the front”  mentality she assisted many other officers/marines to bring up their fitness standards, lose weight…etc.  Her knowledge of military and civilian fitness programs combined with her own outstanding physical fitness performance allowed her to help hundreds of Marines in achieving their personal fitness goals as well as keeping them a “combat ready” Marine.

Whether it be weight loss, strength gains, or total fitness as a whole, Gabrielle’s passion for fitness and motivation towards overcoming any challenge is easily appreciated by anyone who works with her.. This proud Marine Corps Veteran is fueled by fitness and stays motivated by inspiring others!
