By request I searched high and low, far and wide to find a gym to train out of this summer…and as luck would have it my connections led me to a great little spot just south of Miramar campus!  So, without further ado I wanted to get the info out and get this training party started!

MWF June 10th-August 3rd

Location: Top Form Training 9545 Kearny Villa Rd, San Diego

 

Strength & SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) Focus @ 9:00-10:15am

Summer Sports Performance Program to develop Strength, Speed/Agility, and Quickness for College bound and current College Athletes. Prepare for your freshman season or maintain gains made at College over the summer.

Sessions will include:
—Warm-Up and Injury Prevention,
—Speed/Agility Work,
—Power & Strength,
—Core & Supplementary Exercises, and a
—Cool Down and Stretch.
Limited to 15 participants.

 

Functional Strength and Fitness Focus @ 10:30-11:45am*

Functional Strength and Fitness is perfect for those wanting functional strength and power, muscular endurance, along with flexibility and mobility training.

Sessions will include:
—Warm-Up and Injury Prevention,
—Power and Strength,
—Muscular Endurance, and a
—Cool Down and Stretch.
*This section will be scheduled only if the 9:00-10:15am time is full.
