Coach Andrea Tyndall has been educating and developing professional to youth sport athletes, both national and international, from 10yrs old to 70+ (!), for more than 20 years. She has been involved in the training of elite teams and athletes in the Big 10, PAC 12, and SEC Conferences, as well as the Australian Institute of Sport in partnership with Tennis Australia. While passionate about top level performance, Coach Andrea enjoys the focus of improved efficiency and athletes at every age and sport level and those looking to lead active and healthy lives.
The athletes she has coached have achieved amazing levels of success, including higher levels of performance, improved rankings, individual and team championships, increased self-confidence and self-efficacy, and more enjoyment of their sport. In addition to the benefits of increased performance these individuals have developed lifelong relationships. Coach Andrea believes to build truly successful athletes a coach should build connections beyond sets, reps, and exercise selection; by forming meaningful bonds Coach Andrea is able to develop athletic potential as well as confidence, motivation, and passion for sport and training. Whether it’s watching her athletes perform, keeping in touch as they move or graduate, or sharing in her infamous cake pops, Coach Andrea enjoys both the athletic success and the friendships that are built during the hours of pushing, pulling, lunging, jumping and running.
Coach Andrea quacked her way to a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise & Movement Science from the University of Oregon while competing on the Women’s Track & Field team. Eventually, she flew south to earn her Master’s Degree in Physical Education from Arizona State University to spark up her passion for teaching. While her formal course work days are done, Coach Andrea continues to develop herself through professional and personal development, including clinics and related continuing education events. Ever the learner, Coach Andrea also enriches herself by engaging in new crafting projects, exploring San Diego with friends new and old, and entrepreneurial business opportunities.

Daquan Phillip, New York native found his passion and home in sunny San Diego, California. He is a United States Marine Corps Veteran who has served 8 years. During this time, Daquan has spent his time developing a foundation for physical fitness essential for peak performance. Daquan began training sessions for Marines to reach their goals and meet the physical standards required of them. Additionally, Daquan has worked with international organizations while overseas instructing and monitoring sport and exercise programs to include swimming, soccer, circuit workouts and weight management routines.
Overtime, Daquan recognized his devotion and enthusiasm towards helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. Daquan decided to apply his eagerness to a career in Kinesiology. He is currently studying to complete a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration as a Fitness Specialist. Furthermore, Daquan is in the course of becoming a NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer. Daquan takes time to volunteer and observe professionals during various types of training sessions and styles. He plans to use his leadership experiences cooped with tactical training styles to inspire and take clients to the next level.
Daquan lives a lifestyle committed health and fitness. He enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, sports, and routine gym time. Yoga has become a favorite because of it’s aid in injury recoveryand prevention. New experiences are thrilling and Daquan loves to travel near and far exploring culture, landscape, and food! If there was one quote Daquan would choose to live by it would be “It does not matter if the glass is half empty or half full, all that matters is you are the on pouring the water”. Daquan believes when you invest in yourself, the possibilities are endless!
Lauren Mazzoleni was swinging a softball bat and diving for a soccer ball before she even learned how to walk. Sports were ingrained at such a young age and here she is, much older! She’s still playing a variety of sports: basketball, soccer, softball, and tennis, and bringing her knowledge of marketing to Athletic Evolution SPT. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies and Digital Arts, a Sports Industry Essentials Certificate from Columbia Sports, a Health Coaching Certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and various marketing certifications from DigitalMarketer and HubSpot. She’s currently in the midst of NASM Personal Trainer certification.
The learning doesn’t stop with Lauren. She learns not only to keep up with the latest marketing, health, and fitness trends but also to keep people like you informed and motivated to be a part of Athletic Evolution SPT.
If you’re going to play the “Favorites game” with Lauren, spoiler alert: she’ll tell you that her favorite hobby of hers (besides playing sports) is writing and performing poetry and her favorite quote is, “We cannot change the cards we are dealt, just how we play the hand.” All about thinking strategically and persevering!

Eimear hails from Ireland where she has been involved in sport from an early age. Having competed in a variety of sports throughout her life including show jumping, gymnastics and Irish sports such as camogie and Gaelic football, she decided to make her passion into her profession. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Limerick before achieving a Masters in Sport Psychology from the University of Stirling.
Eimear has experience in a range of areas including strength and conditioning, coaching , sport science and mental skills which she is eager to share with others while working with Athletic Evolution SPT. One of Eimear’s goals is to instill in athletes a thirst and a hunger for development, as well as a strong sense of self-esteem and confidence in their own abilities.
In her spare time Eimear enjoys traveling, visiting museums and of course, attending any and every sporting event.
