Note: After deciding the amount of frequency you/your child would like to pursue, then choose between these plans. All plans are also available for Reconditioning Services.

  1. Monthly Plan: Purchase a 3, 6, or 12 month plan
  2. Prepaid Plan: Purchase a 3, 6, or 12 month plan.
  3. Pass Package: Purchase 5, 10, or 20 session packages in the Athletic Development or Sports Performance Training with expiration dates of 3, 6, and 12 months, respectively.
  1. A Pass is a single appointment or class.
  2. Plan is purchased for a specific time frame (3, 6, or 12 months) with a specific number of sessions that must be used before the expiration date.  With a plan, you/your child will have access to special offers such as discounts, guest passes, and other offers.
  3. Package is a set of Passes that works as a ‘drop-in’ plan which allows for more flexibility with longer expiration dates but without the benefits associated with Plans; check Terms & Conditions for specifics.
  1. PLAN: A plan allows for flexibility but maintains accountability in order to utilize the sessions within the plan’s expiration.  A plan also gives you access to special bonuses such as discounts, guest passes, as well as a slight reduction on the per session rate.
  2. PACKAGE: A package allows for more flexibility to spread sessions out over a longer time frame.  Packages are a great way to have an introduction to training, to accommodate hectic schedule or travel plans, or to utilize for a short training block.
  1. You may come as a guest and pay a guest fee to a class. Click on BOOK CLASS to select the class you would like to try.
  2. For Private Training sessions, click on the BOOK APPOINTMENT tab to select and schedule Private Training.  Be sure to CONTACT US that it will be your first session so we can add a free 15min Assessment.

If you are unable to commit to a regular training program there are 5, 10, and 20 Pass Packages available.

Select the tab in Pike13 that corresponds to the Plan you purchased.  Scroll down to select Add-On Session to purchase.  Once purchased the extra session will be available to schedule!

One session rollover may be allowed in extenuating circumstances; CONTACT US to request the rollover.

Note: Athletic Evolution SPT, LLC does not offer full refunds on any training program unless it is requested within 3 business days of the original purchase and no training sessions have been used. If you/your child has moved beyond a 30 mile radius of the training location or has a medical reason for not continuing training CONTACT US for a Plan/Package cancellation request.

Memberships may be frozen on a case by case basis. With any type of freeze, the billing automatically resumes at the end of the freeze unless a member calls to release the hold early.  Scheduling training sessions or attending classes during the “freeze” period will result in the Plan or Package being reactivated immediately; and member’s regular monthly Plan charges will be assessed.

  1. When injuries have sidelined you your Plan or Package can be frozen for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 3 months.  Please provide proper documentation from your physician and request the freeze in writing.  No fee is required for medical freezes with doctor’s note.   Send request to athleticevolutionspt@gmail.com.
  2. If a vacation is planned, freezes are available from 1-3 months and will incur a $25 fee; the AutoPay on the account must be confirmed and active to deduct the freeze fee.  Please submit the request in writing at least 1 month prior to the freeze initiation date.  Upon the end of the freeze, payments will resume and training sessions can be scheduled.
  3. Playing for your high school team can be a great opportunity to enjoy being part of a team.  Please Contact Us with the start and projected end date to your high school season and we can freeze your Plan or Package or, better yet, transition you to the In-Season Training Maintenance Program.  No freeze fee is required when transitioning to the In-Season Training Maintenance Program.

  2. When spouses or siblings train together they enjoy a group rate discount.  The spouse or 2nd (3rd, 4th, etc) sibling receives a 15% discount each!

In the event of a relocation or medical injury, clients are able, on a case by case basis, to request a refund on any remaining purchased package training sessions.   The Cancellation must be made 30 day in advance of the cancellation date and be made in writing.  Please send all cancellation requests to athleticevolutionspt@gmail.com.
