Kick off 2024 with some networking, activity, and sunshin! The 1st Network-n-Nature event is scheduled for January 14th! Athletic Evolution SPT is combining our newly rebooted Network-n-Nature events with our Strength-in-Numbers Project to double our fun and double our fund-raising!
January’s featured charity is: Surfrider Foundation…San Diego Chapter! With the amazing king tides it’s a great time to celebrate and support what makes San Diego amazing—our fantastic ocean. The Surfrider Foundation is dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world’s ocean, waves and beaches, for all people, through a powerful activist network.
This Network-n-Nature event will incorporate ice-breakers that are designed to make new friends, but also help to make connections for jobs, businesses, and those who are looking for referrals and services. We’ve spent much of the last few years isolating, working online, and hiding in our houses but it’s time to come out to see the sunshine and reconnect!
Network-n-Nature events are (hopefully) monthly scheduled hikes, or walks, that are targeted for small business owners, local entrepreneurs, or individual who would like to promote their companies. Whether we are looking to collaborate, cross-promote, hire, barter, launch new endeavors, or grow existing businesses the goal is to connect!
..and if you just want to get moving while meeting new people…that’s good too!
Strength-in-Numbers is our philanthropic project where we use our superpower to gather and support charitible organizations…while being active! Whether we are supporting a part of the world in crisis, someone in our Athletic Evolution SPT family in need, the local community, or our environment the goal is to give back through fun workouts, stretching sessions, or hikes!
Event Information:
- Sunday 1/14/24 10:00-12:00pm at Torrey Pines
- Bring a water bottle, wear comfy shoes, and get ready to put your best foot forward to meet new friends, new businesses, and a new way to use activity to activate your 2024!
