Who this is for
Build Strong Foundations for Confident, Capable Young Athletes
This is where young athletes learn how to move better, feel more confident, and truly enjoy their sport.
All sessions are conducted in person in a structured, positive environment where athletes stay engaged, focused, and yes — have fun — while learning how their bodies work and how to train the right way.

Age-Appropriate Coaching. Long-Term Results.
A Smarter Start to Performance Training
This isn’t about pushing teens to exhaustion. It’s about setting them up for long-term athletic success.
The Athletic Development Program begins with movement quality — teaching athletes how to control their bodies before layering in strength, speed, coordination, and power. As skills improve, training progresses in a safe, structured way.
Coach Andrea customizes sessions based on each athlete’s:
-
Age and stage of development
-
Athletic experience
-
Sport-specific goals
-
Confidence level
By blending proven sports performance principles with game-based challenges, athletes stay motivated and engaged — and they want to keep coming back.
The result?
Athletes who enjoy training, feel successful, and develop habits that support performance for years to come.

More than movement
Athletic Education That Builds Confidence
Athletic Development Training goes beyond drills.
Young athletes are taught why they’re training a certain way — so effort feels purposeful, not random. When athletes understand the process, they commit to it.
Through consistent coaching and positive reinforcement, athletes learn to:
-
Build confidence in their movement and coordination
-
Develop consistency and commitment
-
Improve performance in their chosen sport
-
Understand how training, recovery, hydration, and daily habits work together
This program is ideal for athletes who:
-
Want their physical skills to match their technical skills
-
Enjoy learning and improving
-
Thrive in a supportive, structured environment
-
Are ready to take the next step in their athletic journey

LTAD APPROACH
What Happens During a Training Session?
Coach Andrea follows a Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) approach, recognizing that athletes grow and adapt differently at each stage of development. During sessions, athletes will:
✔ Use dynamic warm-ups to improve movement mechanics, mobility, and flexibility
✔ Practice age-appropriate injury prevention strategies
✔ Learn how muscles work through guided movement exploration
✔ Progress exercises as confidence and ability increase
✔ Develop positive habits like hydration and simple nutrition awareness
✔ Finish with structured cool-downs that support recovery and long-term athletic health
The goal is simple:
Help athletes move well now while building skills they’ll use for life.
Preparing for Your First Session
Every athlete begins with an Initial Screen & Consultation with Coach Andrea. This first session includes:
1
movement ASSESSMENT
Evaluation of mobility, flexibility, strength, and movement quality to establish a clear starting point.
2
Athletic Observation
Observation of coordination and mechanics to understand how the athlete moves naturally.
3
Goal-Setting Conversation
A discussion with the athlete and parent or guardian to align on priorities and expectations.
